Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on 999rp. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 999rp uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999rp reserves the right to close all related accounts, confiscate balances, and void all associated bets and bonuses without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999rp is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 999rp's support team immediately via live chat or email.
999rp is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing the first withdrawal request. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is completed. 999rp will not charge any fee for the KYC process.
You may request closure of your 999rp Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction within the 999rp cashier. Deposits made via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to the Member's 999rp Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday–Saturday). 999rp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on any given business day are generally processed within 1–3 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays may be processed on the following business day. 999rp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching the verified KYC documentation on file.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own, have been obtained through legitimate means, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 999rp complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 999rp are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. Promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if the requirement is not met within the allotted period.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. 999rp reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on a Member's country of residence, payment method, or prior bonus usage history. Members who have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Members — will be disqualified from all current and future promotions and may have their accounts suspended.
999rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a Member's Account, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed. This provision shall not apply to bonuses that have already been fully wagered and converted to withdrawable funds prior to the modification.
